I used this to connect my laptop to Austrilian plugs during my few trips there. Every time it worked great with good grip. I have no complaints. And it is cheaper than rivals.

I ordered two of these for our trip to New Zealand and Australia. The adapter itself fit into the outlets there, but my USA hair dryer and curling iron would not fit into the adapter. The ones I ordered do not look exactly like this photo, either. The number on it is 41-13619. I didn’t know I had the wrong adapters until I arrived in New Zealand. I had to wind up buying a new hair dryer there. Most USA cords have one prong longer than the other. There is no way that longer prong would fit in these adapters. My shipping was more than the cost of the adapters, and I’m not going back, so I didn’t bother trying to return them.

It’s simple and it works. Most of all, it’s not overly bulky. My only complaint is that you can’t get a very tight fit between the adapter and the appliance, so it falls out easily.

I ordered the wrong adapter plug for New Zealand and Going In Style saw to it that I received the right adapter before I left on my vacation. I recommend this company highly. If you need customer service, they will take great care of you!
